Guided Decay - Project Overview
This project is a year-long personal exploration in storytelling through 3D environment design, created as my senior thesis for the Digital Arts BFA at NYIT. I crafted a series of atmospheric scenes that together tell a larger narrative about consumerism, human greed, and the hope for sanctuary at the end of collapse.
Believing strongly that environments can speak volumes without dialogue or characters, I designed, modeled, textured, and assembled every element of the worlds myself using Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine. This work reflects my deep passion for worldbuilding and the power of visual storytelling through space and mood alone.
